The Terraces Apartments

Open Waitlist for all of our Apartment Homes! The Terrraces in Escondido Apartments is an affordable housing community in beautiful north Escondido. Our development offers one, two, three and four bedroom apartments for rents between $722 - $1,334 per month. Our apartments comply with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, which is a federally regulated government program that allows us to offer affordable housing rates. All interested applicants must qualify based on a projected annual income which includes assets; as well as, household size, rental history, credit and criminal background checks. The LIHTC Program also has Full-Time Student requirements and requests for us to determine student eligibility.
